Tracy Humphrey is the principal consultant of THR (Consulting) Ltd based in West Sussex and has over 20 years experience in the field of Human Resource Management, in a cross section of industries. She is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Personnel & Development, and has a Masters Degree in Strategic Human Resource Management. She has worked with directors and line managers on both practical and strategic issues and enjoys people-related challenges which result in improvements in business performance.

Qualified and experienced in using a number of psychometric tools, these are used to help teams, individuals and managers achieve their full potential, building sustainable and profitable relationships together.

Tools used include the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), Occupational Personality Questionnaire (OPQ) from SHL, Managerial & Professional Profiler (MAPP) and Roberts Personality & Motivation Questionnaire (RPMQ) both from KCP.

Level A & B qualified, we adhere to the Code of Practice published by the British Psychological Society.
